By using the Pangolic application, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the application.
2. Service Description
Pangolic is a web application that converts voice recordings to text and provides AI-powered text editing tools.
3. Account Responsibility
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all actions taken through your account.
- You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use.
4. Prohibited Use
The following uses are strictly prohibited:
- Creating or distributing illegal content
- Producing content that violates the rights of others
- Sending automated requests that overload the system
- Attempting to reverse-engineer or copy the application
5. Free & Premium Plans
- Free Plan: Basic features with 3 daily uses.
- Premium Plan: Unlimited usage, all templates, and Gmail integration — $10/month.
- Premium plans are billed monthly; upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the billing period.
5a. Refunds & Cancellations
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. You may cancel your Premium plan at any time; your access will continue until the end of the current billing period, after which no further charges will apply.
6. Intellectual Property
The application and its contents (logo, design, code) belong to Pangolic. The documents you create belong to you.
7. Disclaimer
The application is provided "as is." The accuracy of AI-generated content is not guaranteed. We recommend consulting a professional for important documents. We are not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions or data loss.
8. Service Changes
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue service features with prior notice.
